Netizens Praise Bimby For His Unwavering Support For Kris Aquino

Kris Aquino shared an emotional update on Instagram last Sunday, revealing her worsening health and opening up about her recent breakup. She candidly spoke about the toll it has taken on her and expressed gratitude for her son, Bimby, who has stepped up beyond his years to care for her.

Kris Aquino Shares Health Update and Opens Up About Breakup

In the post, Kris shared photos of Bimby carrying her to the bathroom, as she's currently unable to walk due to the severe pain caused by her targeted steroid shots for her knees. 

"I cannot walk, each step is agony," Kris wrote. "The excruciating pain is from my knees all the way to my feet, a combination of deep bone & nerve pain."

However, despite her health challenges, including lupus arthritis, Polymyositis, and acute fibromyalgia, she emphasized that Bimby's love and care make it easier for her to endure.

"When you're unconditionally loved, when like me, you're blessed with a son who will do everything to lessen his mama's physical and emotional suffering: BAWAL SUMUKO," she said. "Tinitiis ko 'yung matinding sakit na bahagi na ng bawat araw ko dahil ang pagmamahal ng anak ay walang katumbas."

She also revealed that she now weighs only 36 kilograms and that Bimby is training in mixed martial arts (MMA) to help her physically.

Kris also opened up about her past relationship with Dr. Michael Padlan, whom she said left when her health took a turn for the worse. However, she expressed no regrets about their relationship.

"Time has passed: Dr. M did not love me," she wrote. "I did cling and ask for too much because YOU RESTORED MY HOPE. When in your arms, I felt safe. I don't regret loving you completely. Sanay akong mabigo," she added, reflecting on how much he meant to her.

Kris also mentioned that, despite her struggles, she has kept her promises to her children, Bimby and Josh. For example, she has bought them iPads, brought them to school, and shared small treats, such as cotton candy and milk chocolate, during their time together.

She ended her post with a heartfelt prayer: "Thank you, God. Thank you to all for your continued prayers for my healing, and to my 'northern star'–Bimb, for being much more than your mama deserves."

Many of Kris Aquino's celebrity friends and followers have praised her younger son, Bimby, for his unwavering support during her health struggles.

One netizen commented, "Thanks, Bimby! You're a living reminder that we all should be kinder and more compassionate to our parents. Praying for you, Ms. Kris." Another wrote, "Praying for you, Ms. Kris! Bimby, you are truly a hero! Salute!"
