Straight-talking celebity Ellen Adarna has spoken again. This time, the object of her irritation are ID pictures, especially the government-issued ones.

On August 17, 2022, the actress, Ellen Meriam Go Adarna-Ramsay in long form, posted on Instagram her recent ID picture as well as that of her son Elias.

Although she looked effortlessly gorgeous in her ID photo, Ellen still wished for improvement on ID shoots.

5 Tips To Taking Passport Photos

In her ID photo, Ellen used BLK Cosmetics Cheek tint in the shade Girls Night Out, L'Oréal Lash Paraside mascara, and Urban Decay Perversion liquid eyeliner.

1. It's All About Lighting

Make sure you have a balanced amount of light on the left, front, and right side of your face to ensure there are no shadows in your ID picture.

2. Keep Your Eyes Au Naturel

For babies and toddlers, make sure their eyes are open. For teens and adults, take off your eyeglasses and colored contact lenses for the photo shoot. Medical grade contact lenses are okay.

3. Smile Like Mona Lisa

That is, smile with your eyes and lips -- not your teeth. Oh, and don't do any signature head tilts for this photo. You need to look straight at the camera.

4. Tuck Your Hair Behind The Ears
