With the implementation of the complete cashless tollway payment system mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), motorists are now required to have RFID stickers installed in their vehicle.
This mandate is in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the use of Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, it will provide a cashless transaction, and will greatly reduce the time duration spent on toll gates.
What is AutoSweep RFID?
AutoSweep RFID is used for the tollway payment collection managed by San Miguel Corporation on its expressways. The expressways include South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Metro Manila Skyway, NAIAX, Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway MCX, STAR Tollway, and (Tarlac – Pangasinan – La Union Expressway (TPLEX).
What is Easytrip RFID?
Easytrip RFID is managed by Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) and is an electronic tollway collection payment system. It covers the expressways North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), C5 Link, and Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
How do I check my AutoSweep RFID balance?
If you finally installed an RFID sticker on your vehicle, it is important to make sure that you have sufficient balance on your account. Ensuring that you have enough balance travels will save you the hassle and inconvenience of getting your RFID card confiscated due to zero balance or insufficient balance to pay for your toll fee.
There are 4 ways to check your AutoSweep RFID balance:

This is the easiest way you can check your RFID balance as there is no need for Internet connection. All you need is your load and knowing your RFID balance is just one text away.
Just type AUTOSWEEP BALINQ (Plate number) to either the Globe AutoSweep number at 0917-860-8655, or to the Smart AutoSweep number at 0918-860-8655.
For example: AUTOSWEEP BALINQ NCT127
You will receive a text message from AutoSweep after a few seconds stating your current RFID account balance.
3.Via the AutoSweep website
Another way to check your RFID account balance is through AutoSweep's official website. You have to keep in mind that checking through the official website will require Internet connection. So, make sure you are connected to a WIFI network or you have mobile data available.
Once you have accessed the official website, you will need to register for an AutoSweep account which will require you to fill out all the necessary information.
Once you have registered your AutoSweep account, you will then sign in to your account and you will be required to change your password.
After successfully signing in, you will see the "Balance" button at the bottom left side under "Enrolled Accounts." By clicking the Balance button, you will be provided of your remaining RFID account balance.
You can also enroll other vehicles which are under the same AutoSweep RFID in your account. Just click on the "Add New Account" found beside "Change Password," and fill in the necessary information. 4.Via AutoSweep Mobile App
You can also check your AutoSweep RFID balance through its mobile app, which is only available for Android phone users.
Just register an account and log in, tap the "Balance button" and your load balance will be displayed.
How do I check my Easytrip RFID balance?
If you have successfully installed an Easytrip RFID sticker, just like with AutoSweep, especially if you are always on-the-go, you have to check your Easytrip balance from time to time.
There are are 3 ways to check your Easytrip RFID balance:
1. Via tollgates
Just like in AutoSweep, you can see your Easytrip remaining balance in the monitor which displays the amount charged to you as well as your balance upon exiting the tollgate.
2. Via Easytrip Reloading Website
Checking your Easytrip account balance is easier by accessing the Easytrip reloading website. You just have to type in your Easytrip account number found in your Easytrip RFID card and it will show you your account balance instantly.
3. Via Easytrip Mobile App
Just download the Easytrip mobile app on Google Play or Apple App Store. After downloading, launch the app and register your account.
Fill in the necessary information needed to register. After successfully registering, you will need to log in to add a vehicle to your account. Just tap on the "Add Vehicle" button and provide the details required to be filled-up then click "Save."
