It can be recalled that Katarina delivered her firstborn Robert Joaquin via water birth in August 2021 in Davao. It seems like she did the same for baby Clara.

She added, "Miss being pregnant already (even if I was 9 days overdue). She initially shared that her expected due date was January 19.

Data in the US shows that about 60 percent of women will give birth on or before their due date. However, about 1 0f 10 or only 10 percent of babies are born overdue.

According to Healthline, here are some of the reasons why a baby takes longer to be born. Some of the factors include miscalculation of the due date, baby's gender, and obesity. Read the others here.

When this happens, your doctor may recommend inducing labor and performing tests to monitor the baby's health.

Overdue pregnancies do not always result in complications for the mom and baby. However, BabyCenter says you might notice that your past-due baby have a different physique.

"They have relatively long and thin arms or legs, dry or peeling skin, and longer hair and nails than younger babies. They're often very alert at birth, too," according to the website.

Nevertheless, welcome Clara Amal! Congratulations Katarina and Niño!
