Ang pagiging nanay ay isang malaking responsibilidad. Pero lagi mong tatandaan, there was a 'you' before ka nila tinawag na 'mommy'.

Self-love is a must. Everything else will follow.

I was 83kg after I had my second baby. I was hypertensive and was on Methyldopa to manage my blood pressure.

I was a healthy gym buff, but when I got pregnant with my bunso, rice became my best friend and milktea was a must-have.

I realized if I don't try to lose the extra weight, I will die from sicknesses associated with obesity.

I started fasting. I removed rice from my diet. I eventually went back to exercising when I felt lighter.

Paano ko naabot ang weight goal ko

My food plan and 'sweat plan'

I am breastfeeding, 27 months na. If you are a mom who wants to go back to your pre-pregnancy body, this might help, but before anything else, please consult with your ob-gyn.

Magsimula depende sa lagay ng iyong katawan

Six months postpartum, I started my intermittent fasting. Replaced my rice with wheat bread. More meat, fruits, and vegetables.

Piliin ang mga pagkaing makakatulong sa iyong maka-recover

Most of my food intake has malunggay so my milk supply never dropped.

    Listen to your hunger cues

When you're breastfeeding, you tend to be so hungry after. Whenever I am hungry, I drink water and malunggay tea plust fruit.

Carbohydrates will make you bloat and crave for more food. You need to stick to clean eating. It takes a lot of discipline but it's worth it because it's for a good milk supply and a healthier and a sexier you.

Stick to fruits, vegetables, and protein rich food

First year postpartum onwards, I did not follow a strict meal plan. Whatever is available for me and the kids. But I did stick to fruits, vegetables, and protein-rich food.

Detox is a must. I still do 20-hour fasting every day. I drink cold brew during weekends.

    Huwag mag-over exercise

If you do that, it will make you crave more for food. Eat right, exercise right.

If you can't do it, look at my pictures. Yes, it's doable. Yes, it's possible.
