Listen to your hunger cues
When you're breastfeeding, you tend to be so hungry after. Whenever I am hungry, I drink water and malunggay tea plust fruit.
Carbohydrates will make you bloat and crave for more food. You need to stick to clean eating. It takes a lot of discipline but it's worth it because it's for a good milk supply and a healthier and a sexier you.
Stick to fruits, vegetables, and protein rich food
First year postpartum onwards, I did not follow a strict meal plan. Whatever is available for me and the kids. But I did stick to fruits, vegetables, and protein-rich food.
Detoxify!
Detox is a must. I still do 20-hour fasting every day. I drink cold brew during weekends.
Huwag mag-over exercise
If you do that, it will make you crave more for food. Eat right, exercise right.
If you can't do it, look at my pictures. Yes, it's doable. Yes, it's possible.
