It's heartbreaking for mothers to see their children get sick one after another, but it's a totally different story for the kids sometimes. For Primo, Iya Villania and Drew Arellano's panganay, getting sick means getting to hug his mother again.
Iya Villania described on her Instagram post how happy Primo was to be in isolation with her.
"Primo: (entering the covid ward here at home with a big smile on his face) “I’m so happy I’m with you again, mama!”
Me: “I’m not so happy love, coz that means you’re sick! [emojis]"
It's a good thing Iya is feeling better now, enough to take care of the kids. "Oh to be a mother [emojis] I’m glad I’ve pretty much recovered to be able to care for these monkeys [monkey emoji]," she said.
Undaunted, Iya is all set for another round of battle against Covid-19. She writes: "Tonight should be interesting [emojis] Mamas! Papas! Make sure you have everything ready for the night [emoji] Meds, medicine cups or syringes, extra clothes (in case of vomit), nebuliser, necessary nebules, wet/cold towel, thermometer, oximeter, water and a lamp! You might not need it but you’re better to be prepared than trying to find all of that in the middle of the night [emoji] Especially if you’re isolated and have limited access to things around the house [emoji] Get ready for battle [emoji]"

Earlier this week, Iya posted that she and husband Drew tested positive. Two days after, their second child Leon also developed fever.
Meanwhile, it's nice to see Drew Arellano and Alana 'Duday' Arellano, the youngest in the family, feeling healthy and dancing their worries away. "Matira matibay. Only Duday left. Let's go, baybeeeeeh! [emoji]," said Drew on his latest IG post.
