Chito, Neri Miranda Renew Vows: 'Tag Team Partners For Life'

Chito Miranda and Neri Naig Miranda renewed their marriage vows on their tenth wedding anniversary in a heartfelt ceremony held at their resthouse in Alfonso, Cavite.

On March 6, the Parokya Ni Edgar front man shared about their vow renewal, saying, "Okay lang na medyo na-delay. Ang importante, natuloy. Hindi naman tayo nagmamadali."

The ceremony was a celebration of their unconditional love for each other. The venue, beautifully designed by Gideon Hermosa, had an intimate setup where guests were seated around the couple at the center.

In a video shared by Nice Print, Chito and Neri exchanged their vows, with Chito declaring that he will always protect Neri. "I have never loved anyone as much as I love you. Dahil sa'yo at sa mga anak natin, naunawaan ko ang tunay na ibig sabihin ng pagmamahal. My family, especially my mom, showed me how it is to be loved. But you showed me how it is to be loved and how it feels to love someone back greater than I could ever imagine," Chito said.

Chito continued, "You and our family will always come first. Mahal na mahal kita kasi everything that I ultimately love sa mundong ito came from loving you."

The couple shares three children: Pia, Miggy, and Cash.

"Sobrang blessed ako to have you as my wife. I will always take care of you. I will always protect you. I will always stay by your side. I will always love you and make you happy hanggang sa pagtanda. Pangako ko sa'yo na hindi kita pababayaan. Love you," Chito concluded.

Neri, in turn, expressed gratitude to Chito for being her hero and standing by her even in her lowest moments.

"Gusto mo lang na masaya lang ako palagi. Nakita ko lahat ng iyan sa sampung taon nating mag-asawa. Pero mas ramdam ko yung mga iyan ngayon, lalo na nitong mga nakaraang linggo. Nasa pinakamababang punto ako ng buhay ko and yet, hindi mo ko sinukuan na kahit ako, bibigay na. Pero pinaglaban mo ko."

She added, "Ang suwerte-suwerte ko, kasi mahal na mahal mo ako. And even in my moments of doubt, you loved me harder. You are my hero. Hindi mo ko iniwan kahit kailan. Every single day, you make me feel safe, cherished, and deeply loved. At dahil diyan, I will forever be grateful. I will be loyal to you always. Mamahalin kita habang buhay. Paglilingkuran kita hanggang sa huling hininga ko. Mahal na mahal kita at ikaw ang buhay ko."

Neri Miranda cleared of legal charges

In November last year, police arrested Neri on charges of estafa and violations of the Securities Regulation Code concerning a beauty brand she had endorsed.

On March 4, Chito shared the good news that the Pasay Courts cleared his wife of all pending cases against her.

"Neri is such a kind and trustworthy person, and those who know her, know that. Alam din ng lahat na sobrang hardworking nya. Ang problema lang talaga minsan ay masyado syang mabait at matulungin, kaya madalas syang naaabuso, at napapahamak. Pero kahit ganun, sobrang proud ako because Neri would always choose to be kind and fair, no matter how mean and unfair the world is, and kahit ano ang ibato sa kanya ng mundo, her integrity, at ang kanyang mabuting pagkatao, will always be intact," Chito wrote in a post.

Chito and Neri married in a civil ceremony on December 13, 2014, followed by a garden wedding on December 14.
