Mark Herras And Girlfriend Nicole Donesa Are Expecting! 'We Hope Suportahan Ninyo Kami'

Mark Herras, 33, and Nicole Donesa, 26, are expecting their first child.

Mark and Nicole made the announcement through a vlog uploaded on YouTube last Sunday, September 13, 2020. "We're happy, we're proud, and we're excited to tell you guys Ico [Nicole's nickname] is pregnant," Mark said.

Nicole added, "During this time kasi, we're going through a lot with COVID, a lot of people are dying, a lot of people are getting sick, ang daming nangangailangan. We hope na yung ibabalita namin sa inyo ay suportahan niyo na lang kami."

The couple also mentioned that Nicole is now in her fifth month of pregnancy. She is expected to give birth sometime in January 2021.

 

Mark and Nicole have been regularly visiting their doctor at a private clinic for check-ups since June 2. Mark told their vlog's viewers the baby will look more like him than Nicole. He said, "Since day one, up to now, ako po yung pinaglilihian ni Ico. So wag kayo magulat kapag lumabas yung anak namin and ako yung kamukha."

At the moment, only Nicole's mom knows the gender of their baby. Mark, of course, wants a baby boy, while Nicole wishes to have a baby girl.

For now, they picked Corky as the baby's nickname. Nicole explained, "Corky muna yung pangalan ni baby because hindi pa namin alam kung boy or girl. Yung C-O is from me, Ico. Yung R-K is from Mark. And then yung Y, from baby, so Corky."

The couple also posted a screenshot of their vlog on their respective Instagram accounts, and wrote "Yes, we are!!!" in their caption.

Kapuso celebrities, including Liezel Lopez, Faith Da Silva, Yasmien Kurdi, Thia Thomalla, Marco Alcaraz, and JC Tiuseco, were the first to congratulate the couple.

On June 5, Mark and Nicole announced their engagement on Instagram. The two made their relationship public on August 20, 2019.

Prior to the confirmation of their relationship, Mark and Nicole worked with each other on the Kapuso drama series Bihag which aired from April to August 2019.

Mark already has a seven-year-old kid named Ada. Ada is Mark's daughter with his former personal assistant Diane Evangelista.
