Just two months into motherhood, Angelica Panganiban is already dropping truth bombs about breastfeeding that new moms might not pick up from prenatal seminars or books.
On November 22, the 36-year-old mama of Amila Sabine shared on Instagram a photo of her and her daughter, as well as five things she learned so far from her breastfeeding journey with her fiance Gregg Homan. Note that Angge and Gregg are living in Subic without any helper.
Angelica's important hack for breastfeeding moms

What is hair brush na po tayo. Opo."

Finally, Angelica, who said she's used to staying up late because of her tapings, stressed the importance of getting enough sleep.
"At, matulog kapag tulog si baby. Subukang pakalmahin ang isip. I know madami tayong gustong gawin at ma-accomplish.

Mabuhay tayong lahat."
Anne Curtis, Jolina Magdangal, Isabel Oli Prats and other moms in the comment section praised Angelica for sharing her tips.
To which Angge replied, "Left-handed na din ako."
If more moms like Angge share their raw and unfiltered motherhood journey, it helps new and expecting moms to know that while breastfeeding is not easy, there is a community that supports you.
Challenges are part of the journey and every hack or affirmation just like what Angelica shared, might mean the world to a new and struggling mama.
