Hello, World! Angelica Panganiban's Baby Bean Has Gray Eyes And Takes After Her Parents

A month after giving birth on September 20, 2022, Angelica Panganiban said she and her fiancé Gregg Homan are now ready to share to the public how their newborn looks like.

Thus, today, October 20, the actress and first-time mom posted a trio of solo photos of Amila Sabine Homan, nicknamed Bean.

"Hello world! It’s been a month," Angelica, nicknamed Angge, wrote in the caption, as if Baby Bean's talking. "Mom and dad are finally ready to share me with you. So, here I am!"

Baby Bean elicited much love and admiration from her Mommy Angge's friends and followers in the comments section. She got star-eyed and smiley emojis, as well as red hearts, from Marian Rivera, Ryza Cenon, Maxene Magalona, Enchong Dee, Dimples Romana, Iza Calzado, and a lot more!

Baby Bean's ninang Glaiza de Castro, a best friend of Angelica, commented good naturedly, "Hoooyy bata!!!!"

Maymay Entrata couldn't help gushing, "Halaa apaka cute man nyan mam oy!"

Pokwang mixed a bit of superstition in her comment: "apaka gandaaaaa!!!! pwera usog naman." (Read here about usog.)

Kaye Abad was captivated by the baby's gray peepers, and simply wrote, "Ang mata!!!!"

That's because Baby Bean has gray eyes! She certainly took after her mestiza mom and mestizo dad. Angelica's dad is American, while Gregg's Australian.

Angelica and Gregg's initial fears

In their latest vlog, uploaded on October 15, 2022, the engaged couple explained why they were wary to show the face of their newborn in social media. They said there are fake social media accounts posing as them, and these accounts are soliciting money. 

Gregg made it clear that their social media presence would never ask for money and that their family would only like to share “good vibes."

Angelica added, “Dahil hindi naman namin gusto na pati 'yung inosenteng bata isama nila sa napaka-malisyoso nilang trip sa buhay. As much as gusto namin i-share siya sa inyo dahil proud na proud kami sa kanya."

And the right time has finally come! Baby Bean's just too cute, and her presence on social media is definitely a welcome sight.
