A month after Solenn Heussaff gave birth (read here), the actress/artist/entrepreneur has gone back to the gym for some postpartum exercises.

Solenn and her fitness trainer Inigo Hizon jointly shared reels from Solenn's workout session on their respective Instagram accounts.

"Right back at it after giving birth to her second beautiful daughter," Inigo wrote in the caption, referring to Solenn and her husband Nico Bolzico's new baby Maëlys Lionel.

Inigo, whose other celebrity clients include moms Coleen Garcia and Max Collins, explained in his caption about Solenn's current fitness program.

"We focus on very very low impact movements and breathing exercises to correct her diastasis recti get a little workout in," he said.

Diastasis recti is a separation between the left and right side of the rectus abdominis muscle, according to the MedlinePlus health information of the United States National Library of Medicine. The rectus abdominis muscle covers the front surface of the belly area.

Two out of three moms have diastasis recti, and you may have it unknowingly. The biggest sign is having the so-called mommy pouch that "doesn't go away even if you try to suck it in," according to a fitness coach in a past interview with Smart Parenting.

That mommy pouch makes many new moms still look pregnant. (Read here on how to deal with diastasis recti and even prevent it.)

Solenn's fitness trainer has this reminder to new moms: "Do not rush into training without supervision AND clearance from your physician."
