The soon-to-be mom of three has always been a fitness advocate. Iya Villania credited Crossfit as one of the reasons she has had relatively easy pregnancies with sons, Primo and Leon. Now on her third pregnancy and already in her second trimester, she vowed to continue working out as long as she can.
The TV host, however, recently reacted to a netizen's comment implying that she working out *only* whenever she's pregnant. The netizen based her comment on the exercise videos Iya posts on Instagram.
"'Coz if it isn't on Instagram, then it didn't happen?" Iya wrote on her Instagram Stories, circling out the comment she was referring to.
"FYI, I never stopped working out," the preggo mom stressed. She just recently figured out how to edit videos on the iMovie app, which is why she's able and eager to share her workout videos.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) encourages all pregnant women having a healthy, low-risk pregnancy to engage in 20 to 30 minutes of light to moderate intensity exercises daily or at least most days of the week.

Pregnant women should avoid exercise if they have heart conditions, persistent bleeding in the last two trimesters, at risk for pre-term labor, and severe anemia. When in doubt, consult your doctor.
